Thanks for choosing package.ai. To provide you with our services (the “Services”),Package.ai, operated by Jenny Labs Ltd. (“Package.ai”, “we”, “us”, “our”) needs to collect some information about you, and this Privacy Notice is where we describe the information we collect, what we do with it, and how you can manage and control the use of your information. By using our Services, you are entering into a binding contract with us and consenting to the use of your information as explained in this Privacy Notice. If you don’t agree with these terms, then please don’t use the Service.
The information we collect
When you sign up for the Services, we may collect information we ask you for information such as username and password, and information about your customers, like telephone number, e-mail address, delivery address, postal code, and country. Usage, log data & cookies
When you sign up for our Services, your credit card information and other financial data that we need to process your payment are collected and stored by third party payment processors. We may collect some limited information, such as your postal code, mobile number and details of your transaction history. If you choose to pay by invoice, we may need to collect and transfer additional information, like your name and phone number, to our invoicing service provider to enable credit checks and send you invoices. The use of your data by our invoicing service provider is subject to its privacy policies.

We will make all reasonable arrangements to ensure that personal data in our possession or under our control are protected against unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data as well as all of your customers’ personal data, we cannot guarantee the
security of all personal data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk.
Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorized access.
Cookies and web beacons.
When you access or use the Services via a web browser, we may place cookies on your device, used to track Users’ activities after they leave the Services and store information about your use of the Services to improve your future experiences. We maintain the User behavior data in our system and utilize it to build our knowledge when you engage again with our Services. If you access the Services via a web browser, you should be able to disable any tracking after you leave the Services by utilizing the “Do Not Track” or similar options within most major Internet browsers. If you do disable your browser’s tracking then we will not track or store any information regarding your web browsing after you leave our website.

You will be able to see that changes have been made by checking to see the effective date posted at the end of the policy. If Package.ai elects to use or disclose information that identifies you as an individual in a manner that is materially different from that stated in our notice at the time we collected that information from you, we will give you a choice regarding such use or disclosure by appropriate means, which may include use of an opt out mechanism.
Reviewing and changing your personal information.Please contact us if you would like your personal information removed from our database.
Please note that we will retain some of the information you may have requested us to remove for specific reasons, such as to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, and as required by law.
Furthermore, some information is never completely removed from our databases because of technical constraints and the fact that we regularly back up our systems. Therefore, not all of your personal information will ever be completely removed from our databases.
In accordance with applicable law, you may modify personal information that you have submitted to us by logging into your account and updating your profile information.
